The coolest Agree / Don’t Agree to TOS page

I signed up to pdj.com today in order to contact this awesome chilled DJ that I heard for the first time today (mishAlekseev) as I was listening to his ‘Fridays 024′ on etn.fm and as I filled out the user registration page I came to the bottom where the defactor ‘Do you agree or not agree to our TOS’ section was.  Except this time instead of just having the standard check box they had this:
