Reason # 145 why Colombia is awesome

It would be easy to say ‘for the coffee’ as the coffee here is in a league of it’s own, truly, and for those of you who know me you know what it means for me to say that as I gave up coffee years ago.

The awesome thing for me though is not only the coffee itself, but the process that I go through to make it. You see back home to make coffee I use a coffee machine.

Here, in the land where simplicity reigns supreme I use nothing more than a small frying pan and cheese cloth, making it one cup at a time.
